Oct 10, 2017 · I had my gallbladder removed when I was 18 I am now 35. I have lost weight easily with regular diet and excersize. Nothing special. Our gallbladder holds the bile to digest our food so, digestion is a little harder for us. Just eat small amounts at a time. You do not have to do keto but,if you want to you will be fine.
